Evaluation criteria
Tenders will be evaluated on Mandatory Admin Compliance, Technical/Functionality (Company Experience, Methodology, Key Personnel Expertise), and the 80/20 or 90/10 Preference Point System for Price and B-BBEE/Specific Goals.
