- Technical proposals, microgrid design schematics, and project execution methodology
Evaluation criteria
Evaluated in accordance with Eskom SCM policies: Step 1 - Mandatory threshold criteria and administrative compliance; Step 2 - Technical functionality / quality evaluation; Step 3 - Price and Specific Goals (90/10 or 80/20 Preference Point System).
