The Umuziwabantu Local Municipality is seeking a professional valuation firm to create a complete property General Valuation Roll to be implemented on 1 July 2028. The appointed service provider will also be responsible for handling property objections, defending valuations at appeal boards, and updating supplementary valuation rolls annually through to 30 June 2033.
