Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites tenders for the appointment of a panel of service providers to render vegetation management services within the Northern Cape Operating Unit of the GEMMA Cluster for a period of three (3) years on an 'as and when required' basis.
Government departments, municipalities and conservation agencies procure grass cutting, landscaping, alien vegetation clearing, environmental impact assessments, agricultural inputs and farm infrastructure through RFQs and open tenders. Many projects are linked to programmes such as Working for Water and EPWP, and often ask for local labour plans. Expect to need CSD registration, tax compliance, a B-BBEE certificate or affidavit and, for environmental work, registered professionals with EAPASA or SACNASP. Northern Cape tenders are issued by the provincial departments, district municipalities such as Frances Baard and ZF Mgcawu, local municipalities including Sol Plaatje, mining houses and the many renewable energy projects in the province.
