Public entities appoint panels of attorneys and advocates for litigation, conveyancing, labour matters and legal advice, and procure forensic investigations, compliance reviews and governance support. Tenders usually require Legal Practice Council admission, Fidelity Fund certificates, relevant experience and key staff CVs, along with CSD registration, tax compliance and a B-BBEE certificate.
