Moses Kotane Local Municipality invites tenders for the establishment of a panel of service providers to render media services for a period of thirty-six (36) months on an as-and-when-required basis.
Government communications units, municipalities and SOEs procure advertising campaigns, media buying, PR, social media management, design, video production, printing and branded materials. Agencies are often appointed to panels and then briefed per campaign. Expect to submit portfolios and case studies, plus CSD registration, tax compliance and a B-BBEE certificate. North West tenders come from the provincial departments, district municipalities such as Bojanala and Ngaka Modiri Molema, local municipalities including Rustenburg and Madibeng, and the platinum mining sector. Municipal services, roads, water, health and mining-related services are common, and many mines run local procurement programmes for host communities.
