Maluti-a-Phofung Local Municipality invites bids from accredited training service providers for the provision of training services for a period of three (03) years.
SETAs, departments, municipalities and SOEs procure accredited training, learnerships, skills programmes, leadership development and e-learning. Providers usually need accreditation with the relevant SETA or QCTO, registered assessors and moderators, and proof of similar programmes delivered, together with CSD registration, tax compliance and a B-BBEE certificate. Free State tenders come from the provincial departments, Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality, local municipalities such as Matjhabeng and Maluti-a-Phofung, and SOEs and mining and agricultural businesses across the province. Roads, water and sanitation, health facilities and agricultural projects are common, and local content and SMME participation are often part of the evaluation.
