The Free State Department of Education invites tenders for the appointment of a framework panel of suitably qualified service providers for the supply, delivery, installation, and connection of basic services for factory-built relocatable mobile facilities, as well as the relocation of existing complete and collapsible mobile facilities including connection of basic services thereto, for a period of three (3) years.
