Nkomazi Local Municipality hereby invites suitable service providers to submit proposals for the provision of an Employee Wellness Programme (EAP) for a period of thirty-six (36) months.
Government and SOEs procure recruitment, temporary staffing, payroll, HR consulting, organisational design and employee wellness services, often through panels. Bids generally need proof of similar work, qualified consultants (for example SABPP-registered practitioners or HPCSA-registered psychologists for assessments), POPIA-compliant data handling, CSD registration, tax compliance and a B-BBEE certificate. Mpumalanga tenders are published by the provincial departments, district municipalities such as Ehlanzeni, Gert Sibande and Nkangala, local municipalities including Mbombela and Emalahleni, Eskom power stations, mines and forestry and agricultural businesses. Energy, mining services, roads, water and municipal infrastructure make up much of the work.
